Delete your account
You can delete your ChainQuest account and all data on our servers yourself, at any time, in a few taps.
In the app
- Open thechainquest.com and sign in (email link or passkey).
- Tap Me in the bottom bar, then your account name (or Sign in / sync).
- Tap Delete my account…, type DELETE to confirm, and choose whether to also wipe this device.
What gets deleted
Your account, email, passkeys, recovery code, synced visits, notes, orders, amounts, receipt photos, all your store ratings and your leaderboard entries. This happens immediately and can't be undone. Short-lived security logs (like rate-limit counters) expire on their own.
No account?
Then nothing about your visits is on our servers. To remove it from your device, clear this site's data in your browser settings. If you joined a leaderboard without an account, open Leaderboards and tap Leave & delete my entry.
Can't sign in?
Email hello@thechainquest.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
